At MIW, we’ve always put a lot of stock in customer service. We want to be the best at what we do. And part of that is giving our customers everything they need. Not just aftercare and advice, but enough information to ensure that the products they select from our catalogue never fail to meet expectations. One of the steps that we’ve taken to achieve this is to create a BIM (Building Information Modelling) catalogue.

Each of the items that MIW works with has had a 3D digital model created for it, holding full product specifications, allowing architects and planners to see exactly how our water coolers, drinking fountains and bottle fillers would fit into their designs. This is the story of how we worked with NBS to achieve that.
