MIW Office Solutions recently supplied the Halsey Taylor anti-vandal indoor drinking fountain to The Appleton School, a comprehensive school for 11-16 year old children. Staff from the Benfleet-based school contacted MIW Office Solutions for a new drinking fountain and bottle filler that would be efficient but tough enough to operate under heavy use from their 1,200 pupils.

The Appleton School was keen to have the 8FS-1SS Halsey Taylor drinking fountain installed because it will dispense up to 42 litres of chilled water every hour, meaning students won’t have to wait in line and risk being late to lessons. The combination of a vandal resistant bubbler tap and bottle filler also means that pupils can fill up their bottles for regular hydration throughout the day.
